1. About Latterly
Latterly provides in-person document organisation sessions, group reading courses on publicly available retirement-related materials, and an annual household records programme. All services are delivered at our premises at Lot 2.18, KL Gateway Mall, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, or as otherwise specified at the time of booking.
Latterly is not a regulated financial advisory service, legal practice, or healthcare provider. Nothing in our sessions, courses, programmes, or on this website constitutes advice of any regulated kind. All services are strictly organisational and educational, drawing only on publicly available sources.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes — to describe the services we offer and to allow visitors to submit enquiries. By reading this site you agree to use it only for these purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, copy, or misrepresent its contents.
The content on this site — including all text, layout, and imagery — is the property of Latterly. It may not be reproduced in whole or in part without our written permission.
3. Nature of Services
Each of Latterly's three services is purely organisational or educational in character:
- Personal Records Indexing Session (RM 530) — a two-hour one-on-one session that produces a numbered index of a participant's household documents, noting where each paper is filed and which official channel may be consulted for further reading. The session does not interpret document contents or address any individual's circumstances beyond labelling.
- Public Source Reading Course (RM 1,820) — a six-session group course in which participants read through official, publicly available materials on national retirement schemes. The course leader directs participants to relevant pages and maintains a group reading log; no interpretation for individual circumstances is provided.
- Household Records Programme — Annual (RM 4,520) — a year-long programme comprising a setup session, three quarterly check-ins, and a closing review at which a household records folder is refreshed. The programme is organisational only and does not interpret documents or address individual situations.
Participants are responsible for any decisions they make in connection with their own documents or retirement planning. Latterly's role is organisational and reading-focused throughout.
4. Bookings and Fees
Bookings are confirmed following receipt of an enquiry and a written confirmation from Latterly. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Latterly reserves the right to adjust its service fees and these changes will be noted on the website. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the fee agreed at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking should contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or course start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a forfeiture of a session fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If Latterly is required to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any session fees paid.
6. Participant Conduct
Participants attending in-person sessions are asked to bring only the documents they wish to have indexed or referenced. Latterly staff will not handle, retain, or copy any original documents. Documents remain in the participant's possession at all times.
Group course participants are asked to engage with course materials respectfully and to recognise that course leaders do not provide individual interpretations during sessions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Latterly's services are organisational and educational. We do not accept liability for any outcome arising from a participant's use of, or reliance on, an index, reading log, or records folder produced in the course of our services. Participants make all decisions regarding their own documents and circumstances independently.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Latterly's total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that service.
8. Intellectual Property
Reading logs, index templates, and reference lists produced during sessions are provided for the personal use of the participant. They may not be reproduced commercially or shared publicly without Latterly's written agreement. All course materials drawn from publicly available official sources remain the property of their respective issuing bodies.
9. Privacy
The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or Latterly's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to These Terms
Latterly may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website or participation in a Latterly service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
