Session 01
A two-hour one-on-one session that produces a personal records index — a numbered list of every important household paper, where it is filed, and which official channel may be consulted for further reading. The session is purely organisational.
Session 02
Six sessions in which participants read through publicly available materials on national retirement schemes — official summaries, FAQ pages, and public-source explainers — at a deliberate pace. The course leader points readers to relevant pages but does not interpret them for any participant's individual situation.
Session 03
A year-long programme for households that want to maintain a consistent records folder on a regular rhythm. Includes a setup session, three quarterly check-ins, and a closing review at which the folder is refreshed and re-organised. Purely organisational; no document interpretation.

At the end of the two-hour session, you receive a numbered document index — typically a printed sheet or small folder — listing every important household paper discussed during the session, where each one is currently filed, and which official channel (e.g. a government department website or public registry) can be consulted if you wish to read further. The session does not interpret what those documents mean for your individual retirement circumstances.
The course draws on publicly available materials published by EPF (Employees Provident Fund), KWAP, and other official national bodies. These include their published member handbooks, FAQ pages on official websites, and publicly available explainer documents. All sources are cited in the printed reference list each participant receives.
Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly depending on participant availability. Each session runs approximately 90 minutes and takes place at our KL Gateway Mall room. The exact schedule is confirmed with participants once enrolment is completed.
